CAVEAT
This table show revenue including transfers in and out from the general fund. Individual sports each have their own separate athletic accounts retain any surplus at the end of the year as cash reserves. Those cash reserves can be used in subsequent years to to cover deficits. If an athletic account's cash reserve balance is depleted at the end of the year, and the account remains in deficit, enough funds are transferred from the general fund to close the year with a $0 cash balance. No sports are allowed to close a year with a negative balance. $85,754 removed from unallocated and moved to individual sports to signify cash reserve usage by the sports without changing the overall margin for athletics as a whole
